These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Becuo Home Design website and the design services offered through it. By using this website, purchasing a design package, submitting project information, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Becuo Home Design provides remote kitchen and bathroom design, planning, visualization, layout, finish guidance, and related design services based on the package selected by the customer.
Customer-Provided Information
Our designs rely on measurements, photographs, sketches, inspiration images, and other information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Becuo Home Design is not responsible for design changes, delays, or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete measurements or project information.
Designs and Recommendations
Designs, layouts, renderings, material suggestions, and recommendations are intended for planning and visualization purposes. Final construction conditions, structural requirements, code compliance, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, engineering, permitting, and installation requirements should be verified by appropriately licensed professionals before construction begins.
Design Packages
Each package includes only the services specifically listed for that package at the time of purchase. Additional services or revisions beyond the included scope may require an additional fee.
Becuo Design Guarantee
If the initial design is not what you envisioned, Becuo Home Design will revise the design based on your feedback at no additional charge, subject to the revision limits and scope included with the purchased package.
Revisions
Revision requests must remain within the original project scope. Major changes to the room dimensions, project type, design direction, or previously approved concepts may be treated as additional work.
Consultations
Consultations included with a package must be scheduled according to available appointment times. Missed or late appointments may be subject to rescheduling requirements.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout. Services may not begin until required payment has been received.
Refunds
Because design services involve customized professional work, payments are generally non-refundable once design work has begun, except where required by law or specifically stated in writing by Becuo Home Design.
Project Timing
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on project complexity, customer response time, revisions, and the completeness of submitted information.
Intellectual Property
Becuo Home Design retains ownership of its original design work, processes, templates, layouts, and materials. Customers receive the right to use the final design materials for their personal remodeling project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website Use
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, misuse, or commercially exploit website content, design materials, or intellectual property without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becuo Home Design is not responsible for construction errors, contractor performance, installation defects, permitting issues, code violations, structural conditions, product failures, or other matters outside the scope of the design services provided.
Third-Party Products and Services
Any references to materials, products, contractors, vendors, or third-party services are provided for convenience and do not constitute a guarantee of their performance, availability, pricing, or quality.
Changes to These Terms
Becuo Home Design may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
